Our First Trip To Beverly, Massachusetts
Foto by Phil Jacobs
This was certainly my first trip to scenic Beverly, Mass. and the Cabot Theater. The Cabot, mercifully saved from the wrecking ball is a great little music venue and the folks who live around here have a jewel in their midst.
Having been host to a magic show for a number of years, to wit, Le Grand David and his own Spectacular Magic Company… there are lots of arcane backdrops and murals with this theme.

A More Than Lovely Night At Jonathan’s

What a grand way for this run to begin. Ogunquit is a charming little town… I’m not much for vacationing with other vacationers, but I would gladly do it here. Jonathan’s is a great restaurant and a fine music venue. I love this place! I look forward to the next time!

On To Ogunquit
Foto by Myron Hart
It may be a long way to Tipperary… I’ll allow that. OK, it’s a really long way from The Fur Peace Ranch to Ogunquit, Maine and Jonathan’s but here we are. Got in last night, had a great dinner and we’re ready for our first show at Jonathan’s. The folks here have always treated Hot Tuna well, and we’ll do right by them tonight.
More shall be revealed!

Another Grand Fourth Of July!
Even after all these years, the Fourth Of July is still exciting… still special! First of all, as a kid you cannot help but notice that this grandest of occasions… occurs in the warm throws of Summer Vacation. Summer… hanging with your buds… swimming… staying up late… really digging the long days… driving, if you’re old enough to drive… all that stuff and more. When I was a kid, I wasn’t burdened by overt thoughts of patriotism, or criticism ...
