Last Day At Full Moon

The workshops have been going great guns here. ll the students have really been showing their mettle and digging in. Last night Tommy Emmanuel and I did a little show together for the folks. I played a short set and here are the songs I played… sort of:

1. True Religion
2. Things That Might have Been
3. I See The Light
4. I Am The LIght Of This World
5. Death Don’t Have No Mercy
6. Full Go Round with Tommy Emmanuel
7. A Merle Travis song with Tommy… I forgot the name.

Tommy followed with his usual stellar set and then it was bed time as this morning is the last class and then we’re off to Westbury for the beginning of the Tuna electric tour. full moon

Time for coffee, breakfast, class and onwards to Long Island.

    Jorma,
My husband and I saw you last night at Westbury. Just wanted to tell you that it was a great show! You guys all play like a well oiled machine. We are honored to have rocked with you. We’ll be at Peconic Winery to see you again in a few weeks. We’re so excited for the NOFO Rock and Folk Fest. Should be a good time. Thanks for filling our lives with great music.

Was at my 100th or so Tuna show at Westbury last night. Just keep getting better and better. Thank you so much Jorma and Jack for the decades of setting the soundtrack for my life. I love you both very much. I hope you remember the guys from Bayside, Queens NY. A handful of us are still around and were there. Great setlist, superb sound, and you all look so wonderful and happy. Going to try to catch one more show on this tour.
God Bless Guys – Peace to your soul
