From The Far East To Southeast Ohio
Anyone who has traveled to the Orient knows what a long trip it is. It’s long… ’nuff said. We had such a good time over there. We’d like to extend our thanks to our new friends, the Randy Abel Stable who played with us in Beijing… the lovely ladies who held our hands in Beijing and Shanghai. We couldn’t have done it without you. Reggie in Shanghai, Doro in Beijing… all the great folks who welcomed us whose names are slipping me at the moment here at my kitchen table in Ohio. Thanks for your friendship and love… and back attcha!
I’m just gonna throw some pictures at everyone. They don’t do justice to the magic of the trip. The true pictures live in my heart. Anyway, here goes:

Welcome back Jorma. I don’t know if you felt them, but there was a series of earthquakes in Japan and China in the last week. It’s good thing you were only acoustic. I don’t know if you realized that it was New Years Day a couple weeks ago (1/23) and it is the “Year of the Dragon”. Did you get a new tattoo? Thanks for the pic’s they are great. Peking Duck in China – what could better than that! I betcha not gonna order Chinese take-out this weekend. Cyndy, Bake and everyone out there who prayed for Chick, it seems Jack’s brother Chick is comin along, see Jack’s website for the update. Kung Hoy Fat Choy! Happy New Year!

Johno, like Jorma said prayers definetly won’t hurt, might help. I’m going to check out Jack’s site right now. Thanks for the feedback. Welcome back Jorma!
great pics..welcome home. Glad all are doing well.. looked like a special time ..one of those major bucket list check offs Im sure..life is good,, indeed…
Great photos! What a great time. I have flown to the far east. BRUTAL!
Carpomania? an homage no doubt.. 🙂
‘What a way to spend the day’ contemplating Jorma’s heavenly Journey to rock China & Japan, focused for us in fifty regal frames, ‘running fantasies’, laughing with the captions, breathing tuned along with that vast expanse of water dipped into that light density: the misty deltaic Yangtse from the Eocene right into the Captain’s operative zone. I don’t wanna look back when all this visual ‘Fun Fair’ of the Soul was yet to come. The White Rabbit, the red Carps, etc., if this new Noah’s ark lacks the laughing donkey, my photo is available.
Always Thanks Jorma!
Nice! Bring it to Bejing!! Maybe Barry knows that patches on old regime clothing stood for rank and influence, ha…good! Hope to see you guys around NYC soon 🙂
Beautiful photos, Jorma.
