September Comes
What a week it’s been. My son Zach has been visiting and the weather gods have showered us with beautiful days. We’ve had a number of fantastic motorcycle rides, lots of swimming and an adventure in the woods looking at some beaver habitat. Check this out…

It’s in my back yard… sort of!
I mean really, is this the greatest? Check this out…
Now we didn’t see actually see any beavers, but we heard them come out of their lodge and saw bubbles.
All things considered, what a summer it has been and still is. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. On September 11, 2010, not only will I be going on my annual 9/11 David Weiss Memorial Run, but that evening we’re hosting a Red Cross Benefit at the Fur Peace Ranch This is certainly a worthy cause featuring the Infamous Stringdusters. This is one of my favorite bands and the cause must be supported. It’s a win/win situation. Please tell a friend and come to our place in Darwin, Ohio on September 11, 2010.

Sometimes life seems more perfect than one has a right to expect.
For the nonce… au revoir…
