Nice old picture eh? Good looking pants Jorma!

I would bet you guys are 35 years old in that picture. Brings back lots of memories…if I could only remember them!

So, I was combing through the Jorma/Hot Tuna you tube archives, and came across a version of Jorma solo ‘64 coffee shop “Good Shepherd”.
    Really cool.
I can only assume this is how you originally learned this number Jorma?
The way this song has evolved in your hands has it with quite a bit more edge to it.
And, somewhere along the line you introduced the C descending bridge lick?
Over the years, GS has had many incarnations. Changing slightly each step of the way
The version on the “Magic” album being one of the more unique ones.
The latest has an interesting melody in the instrumental part which reminds me of…something…I can’t put my finger on. Maybe you could provide a little insight?
I know, I get carried away sometimes.
    Peace

    Dear Jorma,

Did Jeanne Rose make those pants for you?

    Best,
    Cyndy

Marek A. Majewski made those pants… right from the Warsaw Academy Of Fine Art.

Jorma, I think he designed an album cover or two for you back in the 70’s – maybe Double Dose or Quah.
