The Rochester show was another outdoor venue, but the weather was beyond perfect!

Not far from where my Mom was born on a farm in 1910. What’s a hundred and seven years to the universe?

Onward!

    Boy oh boy.
The set list from Rochester is short, but powerful!
A good friend of mine was there at her first electric HT show.
I’d sure like to hear a compilation of these sets down the road.
    That would be a treat.
    Love me some Hot Tuna!

When I was younger and went skiing in Vermont. I used to pass the Ellington exit on I-91 in Connecticut. It’s in such a quiet and peaceful part of the state. I thought to myself – this is where it all began.

The set lists are excellent examples of quality over quantity, a fine start to an evening of music

Looking forward to your visit to the Commonwealth on Wednesday! Music godz have smiled upon me as I’ll be making the trip down from Richmond to VA Beach for the WOS tour stop! I’ll be representing for one of my favorite towns by sporting my “Blue Eagle Music” shirt! Concert bill of Wood Bros/Hot Tuna/TTB…it doesn’t get much better than that! Then, in two weeks get to make the trek to Ohio and FPR for Savoy Brown at H&M fest! The rock keeps rolling!

I was up in the Catskill mountains again last week. I feel at home there amongst the pine forests and babbling brooks. I hear things there that I don’t hear on Long Island. The wind. The mountains. The solitude. It’s just you and nature. I’ve been listening to “Roads and Roads &” – that’s my takeaway song from this tour. That whole album is great. Hope the tour is going good. Keep On Truckin’!

Don’t forget, you promised to include Hot Jelly Roll Blues in the Wheels Of Soul Tour. I will be at the Red Hat show in NC on Friday and would LOVE to hear it then.
