    Proud to say I STILL wear the tye-dye “Hot Tuna: Americas Choice 1976 Fall Tour” t-shirt
    I bought in the parking lot of the Calderone concert hall on Long Island back in November 1976. Sure, it doesn’t cover the beer gut, but LET a customer down at the diner raise an eyebrow..they WILL get quite the surprise in they Eggs Benedict I tell ya for TRUE, pardner

    As a T-shirt guy, wash in cold water and line dry. I still have my 25 years of Red Hot Rockin’ Tuna shirt. I got it at the old Carefree Theater, which unfortunately the roof did not survive hurricane Wilma back in 95, but the shirt is still rockin’

    …another thing worth paying for would be a shirt that’s not so paper-thin, like the nice solid (longer sleeve)ones used for the Jorma face color swirl design..have a feeling only the applique will be left after a few more washes

    @Tom -Big Apple
    I had always heard that curiosity killed the cat,my roomate in college reminded me that satisfaction brought him/her back.
    We need to get the question to the song scripters.
    That’s where the money is.

    Love the harmonies on Silent Night.

    Journey of the Three Wise Men is another favorite.

    Remember Jorma, no fires on Christmas Eve!

    Looking forward to tomorrow nights show at Park West. Always loved that Muppet song, “Moving Right Along.”

    So what are the chances of the five of you singing “Baby boy” tomorrow night?

    Hey Greg, How much for curiosity?

  15. Comment made on December 11, 2019 by Greg martelli

    6 pence for curtsy
    12 pence for cursory

    18 pence for a jig
    Fiddler a dram( going back -check out obscure Youngblood’s “rock concert”, best Fiddler a dram

    @Tom in St.Louis
    Never be cursory with a Queen. I’d pay to watch you curtsey for her, though.

    Really insightful article just out. Takes you back to the formative years – The Airplane. Of course, it’s not as in depth as Jorma’s book “Been So Long”. But worth a fast read.

    When I meet the Queen I always remember to cursory.
    Or do I try not to cursory?
    Whatever.

    @John B
    Teresa had surgery on her L shoulder. She is not able to play her guitar yet, so Myron has stepped up to fill in. He is a fine picker, singer and song writer. I found it to be a special treat to see him up their with L and T, especially when the Captain joined in.

    Not much of a t shirt guy
    However this Tuna sea horse /marked mermaid 50 th deserves a special place
    For its concept and execution, I will wear it with my “Live 75”(Dylan in White face with lightning bolt from the Rolling thunder tour).
    Also prefer RFK-6/10/73,(Dead /Allman extravanganza)& my simple army drab
    Buddy Guy “legends “T “,with “Damn right I got the blues “, on the back.
    Frankly the graphics on the Tuna 50 are the coolest.

    A serious question for the management-What would be upcharge if T’s were batiked
    Instead of rubber appliqué?

    They are all good ones,Captain. Can’t wait for New Years eve in Ft. Lauderdale. Hopefully you will get rewarded with great weather. Wowzers

    Upstate NY… Not far from your old crib. Nice travels… Bar Room Crystal….sweet.
    I just closed an energy deal in Keene, New Hampshire. Fat payday…might help me get back to Ohio in 2021 for some of Brother Hurl’s coffee.
    I must have missed it but I didn’t see and electric Genesis in any of those set lists.

  24. Comment made on December 9, 2019 by John B

    What happened that Theresa’s arm is in a sling ?
