I have been playing for Peter Hohnerkamp at his Stephen Talkhouse for a quarter of a century. It’s always been a blast and we have all come a long way together. In addition to his keeping a fine live music venue running for so long out in Amaganset, he has been instrumental in working with and for the Wounded Warrior Foundation.. If you click this link, you can make a one time donation to help some worthy soul who has put their life on the line so that we may enjoy ours here at home. These men and woman deserve our support. Do it folks… do it!

Nuff said…

Sorry to hear about Joey. Hope we can finally hear “Bludgeon Of A Bluecoat” and “Whatever The Old Man Does (Is Always Right)” sometime. Good luck to you and can’t to hear you and Jack tear it up at Ocean City.

Jorma, sorry to hear about Joey Covington – one the earliest drummers for Hot Tuna. I never saw him play, but I know he was a bud of you and Jack. May he rest in peace.

I am sad to hear about the death of Joey Covington. Just a coincidence, but the other day as I was putting my daughter’s drumsticks away, I thought about him. May he R.I.P.

My band just did a benefit for the Wounded Warrior Foundation over Memorial Day. They’re also involved in a program that puts guitars in vets hands. Yep – a worthy cause.

Saw you all at the Talkhouse – I love that venue, got to see your amazin’ guitar playing up close. (love the Beacon, but can’t see the pickin’!!) As always, your music and Barry and GE were wonderful. That one table was a little rowdy, eh?! Can’t wait to see you -ELECTRIC HOT F……G TUNA on the Great South Bay in July. My biggest dilemma…which do I like more…acoustic or electric?!! Life is good, eh? Happy Trucking Jorma and Barry, I bet my friends in NC can’t wait to see you. Thanks for a great night.

I don’t have a ticket, John. Are you going? I will probably go to State Theater in New Brunswick on 07/20/13.

Sorry, I would be mistaken if I did not mention the Wounded Warrior Project. Thanks for it’s support. Being former US Marine I have seen some of the impact these men and their families have endured. Thanks again.

Wow, GE Smith in so many songs with You and Barry, must have been something super and very special indeed, and actually I know so very little that I can’t even imagine how did it sound like Good Shepherd, Barbeque King, San Francisco Baby Blues, I wonder how that formidable guitar quilted those great songs.
    Peace be the journey Jorma!
