The MacDonald Theater in Eugene
Foto by Phil Jacobs
So, last night the guys and I and David Lindley were at the MacDonald Theater in Eugene, Oregon. Eugene has always been one of those very special places… and it still is. Ken Kesey’s spirit still infuses the surroundings and I find that othertime merges seamlessly with the present under the umbrella of his aura.

Great poster!
What a beautifully restored and maintained theater.

Ken... what a guy!

Ken’s spirit imbues the whole place from that really cool poster w/ all the clouds to the frescoes of clouds on the walls – to his photo. He was there that night – front row center.
Thanks for sharing pictures of the theatres that you play Jorma. Many of them are just beautiful. Glad that they have survived the wreaking ball. The MacDonald looks especially nice and it looks from the set list that Tuna delivered a show to be remembered.
