As we try to do every New Year’s Eve, Izze and Nessa and I went over to Kevin Morgan’s house to share the New Year ith family and friends.

Happy New Year Jorma & family!…I was hoping to see you at The Iron Horse this evening but the snow made it impossible for me to make it, next time!!
Happy New Year! NY snow update, not much yet but FYI NY closing I84 and the LI Expressway 495 at midnight – the LIE 495 opening they think at 5AM Nassau Cty line and 6AM at Suffolk Cty line. We are hoping to see you all Friday eve in Westhampton LI. I googled your trip from Northampton to Westhampton. and hope the roads will be clear for you. They say 8-12 inches Suffolk Cty LI, blizzard conditions overnight. Stay safe Jorma and Tuna entourage.
Don’t know about Cooder John B, but the mention one always makes me think of the other.
Saw Cooder and Lindley at different times at The Forum, of all places. Both shows stand out in my memory.

@Joe in DC– I indeed have tried every Avenue trying to find Birchmere tickets for the 12th without any luck. I have not given up,, I do as the venue suggests and will continue my checking back closer to show date! I will keep you posted– Carole

Happy New Year to the Kaukonen /Casady/ Mitterhoff families and best wishes for good health, good times and great moments in the year ahead. Started out the year working out to Hot Tuna, Capitol Theatre, Passaic, NJ 5-2-86 followed by a great breakfast at the Original House of Pancakes. It is snowing big time in Chicago today.
