Yep, I’m home and working on a wrap up for our almost two month tour. This should happen in a day or so. In the meantime, in the spirit of shameless self promotion, here is a broadblasting about my first class of the year at the Fur Peace Ranch. We have titled this class ‘Love Is Strange’ and I have selected a series of songs more or less in chronological order of composition. Marjorie Thompson will be my more than able colleague for this class, which means that everything we do will be tabbed out in a class specific way.

Since this is a guitar workshop, we will be spending a lot of time on the specific musical architecture of each tune. Depending on how things progress in real time, we may or may not get to all the songs in my list. We will try to cover as many techniques as possible. Here is my list of prospective tunes:

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea
shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her
ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I
    had to tell someone!

Thanks for the playlist! Nice to know what songs you’re thinking of, since you have quite a few to choose from. Well chosen, I am very excited, and hoping to make it to In My Dreams. That’d be cool. See you in a bit.

Marty did a nice version of Good Rabbit or should I call it White Shepherd at Iridium NYC last night. Jorma I think you should sing Miracles when he visits.
I think Jack is gonna love that stand up bassist Mr. Balin is currently playing with and the guitarist is no slouch either.
    Peace
    Love All Ways
