Last night's snow...
So I’m getting ready to hit the road… of course it starts to snow. Temperature above freezing… it won’t stick. Hmmm… The temperature was above freezing, but the snow is sticking. Dig it.

We’ve got a Fur Peace Ranch On The Road at the Dana On Mission Bay and as much as I’ve enjoyed being home, it’s time to start punching the clock again. I use the term loosely.
Yep... morning, and the snow is still there.
When I got up this morning, I shoveled the decks around the house and ran the vehicles up and down the driveway. 4X4 all the way of course. Good luck getting to the house in two wheel drive. Maybe I’ll plow before I leave. Hmmm….

Trouble is… I love this time of year. I don’t like the mud and wintry mix much… but when we get real snow… I love it. So California is in the offing for a while. Do I look forward to going? Sure… Would I look forward to staying? Sure! Good times either way. Here’s what I’m looking forward to.

Hey… choices! How good does it have to get. OK. I’m going to plow. Someone else might actually want to get up and down the driveway. I’m guessing I wont have to plow in La Jolla.

Have you ever been to Finland? Cold there for sure. Was looking at Rolling Stones top 100 guitarists, and when I saw your name, I immediately knew you were of Finnish decent. My mom was Finnish (109%) born and raised in the UP of Michigan. Was so glad to see a Finn on the list. Are you a hockey fan, most Fnns are.
Ya… you bettcha… lots of relatives in Suomi… Dad was born in Ironwood in the UP. Family from Ylistaro…
No snow here in Farmington, Utah. Looking forward to the show in Salt Lake this month!

Out here on Long Island getting ready for the Blizzard of 2015. It started snowing this morning and we’re expecting 3-4 feet of snow before it ends tomorrow. We just hope we don’t lose power then we’re screwed. Have a good time in sunny California.
Well we are on the brink of a huge noreaster. Such is life in New England. BTW saw Larry and Teresa the other night at Infinity Hall, Norfolk. Was wonderful show.
