The Cafe Indochine on Hamilton Rd. in Columbus
So Myron and I are leaving for Tuna’s little tour of the Hawaiian Islands. The flight is ungodly early tomorrow so I came up tonight and at Vanessa’s recommendation went to this delightful restaurant. Now I can’t claim to be an expert on Southeast Asian cuisine… but I do love it. I ordered egg rolls and rare beef and meatball pho.

Yummy and more yummy!
Regal quality at people’s prices… good stuff!

All the spices a feller could want!
Back at the hotel, I thought I’d take a few moments to document this culinary delight. Got to be at the airport at five-ish so even at 2035 it’s almost time for bed. Hot Tuna’s first show is in Honolulu at the Mamiya Theater on the 19th. Needless to say… more will be revealed and I will be passing it on!
Bonne nuit!
The people of Hawaii are in for a treat!
I know you & Jack are gonna put it all on the table for consumption.
What Hot Tuna brings to the table is pure, tasty, organic nutrition for the soul.
Jorma & Jack Baby.
It doesn’t get any better than that.
I hope some more shows get added to the November Northern Ca. schedule. Maybe the Rio in SC?
Have a wonderful time Jorma, Jack, Crew, Family & Friends!
Looking forward to your pics and stories from Hawaii. Aloha.
Have a great trip…..
🙂
I love pho! Our little town is blessed with a Chinese/Vietnamese place that makes excellent pho. I prefer the brisket pho myself. May your journey be pleasant. Godspeed to you.
Jorma, next time you’re in the D.C. area, highly recommend you check out Taste of Saigon on Greensboro Drive right across from Tyson’s Galleria Mall (just west of the beltway off Rt. 7). Outstanding!
Happy Pickin’ to you and Jack…..Cap’n
Going to the big island next week.. see you in Hilo and Honokka 🙂
Nice! “Hang Loose!”
