My Mom had the Canadian version of this...
You’re walking along the road in Great Barrington, thinking about breakfast and here’s this beauty in a parking lot. Nice… very nice!
Then, it’s on to Infinity… so to speak.

Does Infinity have a main entrance?

Yes… Infinity does have a main entrance, and this is it.
This is one of the best music venues of all time… right up there with the Fur Peace Station, of course!

This is one heck of a building for a venue!
The above is the back side of the building… when you walk in the front into the concert hall, this is what you see.

Beautiful stage set!
Back by the sound board…

Looking good!
Just looking around… every part of this venue is beautiful.

Take a moment to look up...

Yeah… this was a good one for Jack and myself! Now it’s time the prepare for our first electric trio gig with Justin Guip who will be our anchor man on the drum kit. Yep, we’ll heading down to New Jersey to the Prudential Hall, New Jersey Performing Arts Center. Yep… July 16, 2015!
And now… breakfast.

My two beautiful Jorma Martin M-30's
Great show last night!
The NJ PAC is a beautiful venue with fantastic acoustics and Electric trio is nice. While I really enjoy Larry Campbell and GE Smith, the trio ensures more Jorma solos. Tuna rocked!
Was hoping Dave Mason would join for a jam and while Justin Guip doesn’t miss a beat, Skoota would add a few too.
Regardless, fans got a potent double dose of Dave Mason and Tuna!
If I owned a transporter, I would set the controls for the heart of the Tuna/Dave Mason gig right about now.
Jorma – quick weird question, does larry campbell have a brother howard? who used to own a music store in wappingers falls or hopewell junction ny? years ago howard knew his little brother had talent and would rise. and larry looks very familiar. I knew them in 1977-1980.
Kathy just brought me down with the thought of 1 hour ten. It’ll still be great, but the eight hours before ….. will be good…. it better be.
see you on the great south bay cannot wait for electric hot tuna in patchogue!! saw the happy birthday Jack show at beacon in dec (same day as the drunk santa pub crawl in manhattan!) hope there is a cool southwesterly breeze blowin sunday eve cause the tuna’s music is hot hot hot and just gets better with age! wish u were scheduled for more than an hour ten, remember the old days playing for hours?! suny oneonta gym 1975?! ROCK ON…
@Mike Anderson
Another great ride for fall color is northern Pennsylvania on US 6 between Union City and Towanda. Some of the best.
Rock Them High Tonight Jorma!
@Dusty
Missing my ’69 Camaro BIG time right now…..my first car. sniff
CD covers . . . or digital booklets
@bob b.
‘Play at full volume for maximum effect.” – I probably shouldn’t have took that advice literally – it was either that album or Ted Nugents song “Hibernation” that probably resulted in me acquiring hearing aids.
I’ve only seen Hot Tuna in Chicago and Milwaukee.. actually considered taking a few days off when they play at Myrtle Beach.
Don’t you miss those album covers? Looking at a CD cover just isn’ t the same.
Rich- Song for the Stainless Cymbal… “PLAY AT FULL VOLUME FOR MAXIMUM EFFECT”. Love that! Jacks bass sounds like Frankenstein walking downhill. Is it possible we hung out together at the Wellmont Theater a few summers ago? Hit Single # 1, If this is love, I w

Great pix my friend!
Me too.
I want a Jorma Martin M-30.
@doug mlyn
Yah Doug. I agree. I so wish I could be in NY for Hot Tuna Electric Trio. Acoustic shows coming to NoCal in the fall. But…My gluttonous mind wants it all!
The set list from Great Barrington is spectacular Jorma!
I know it’s probably logistically difficult, but it would be awesome to have a few electric shows on the west coast one of these days:)
Stainless what a great song. I’m hoping for a North Wind in Portchester but would truly love to hear Teresa do Turn My Life Down or Hey Frederick one day.
Peace
Love All Ways
@bob b.
I fyou ever get an opportunity to ride you bike through the area of Infinity Hall in Norfolk, CT, a great experience, especially in the fall with the leaves changing. Great Barrington’s a great place we used to race horses at the track on the Fairgrounds that are now gone, we also raced them up Rt 7 at Green Mountain Park, Pownell, VT. Spent the Summer of Love at those two places coming of age at that time too! Girls loved horses and I was just cracking the seal on those adventures.
J & J , Thanks for another Great show at the “To Infinity & Beyond” !!! A Good time was had by all !!! Always a pleasure to see “The Boys” There ………
“Play at full volume for maximum effect”
North Wind and I Know You Rider, yessirree, Bob, made the gawdawful traffic to get there worth it!!! Well, to clarify, it would have been worth it regardless………. yessirree, Bob!
That car reminds me of the car from ‘Starsky and Hutch’. Good going Zach!
I’m going to three shows this weekend and sorry to do this, but I hope you unwrap one or a couple of these… Song for the Stainless Cymbal, (can’t play it loud enough right now); I Wish You Would and Baaby What you want me to do, ( two hard rocking blues songs. You spewing desperate words and your guitar crying. Doesn’t get much better than that); and Sleep Song. Back in the day during the chaotic seven minute drive to drop off my very young school age kids at school, the first song on Americas Choice would be Sleep Song. One day my 2nd grader is running around the house singing “ship ain’t got no sail… ship ain’t got no sail”. Loved it! Well, whatever is played will be great, but that’s my wish list…beg list…Please!!! Only kidding! Thanks for letting me share.
Looking forward to the Electric shows!
Love that third story steeple with porch….nice! Of what material does the green exterior consist of?
Hard to tell if that is the Ford Talladega version (1969) whose design employed an elongated hood.

Holy Crap Batman, that was one hell of set list.
