The Tabernacle after quite a while
Contentwise this is just a short reprise of the last three gigs. Why has it seemed so busy to me? I haven’t the slightest… it just has. Anyway… we finally got back to the Tabernacle in Mt. Tabor, N.J. around Thanksgiving time… which means we ate some delicious food.

We're talking good... good... good
We’ve always enjoyed this little venue a lot, so it was nice to be back.

You don't see this at every gig

OK… now I’m getting caught up… tonight it’s the National Theater in Richmond, VA.
Onward!
I caught the Hot Tuna (trio) season ending show at FPR a few weeks back and was blessed to be able to catch you and Jack last Tuesday night here in Richmond. You guys were just plain awesome…great sets, great playing, and the sound was perfect. Thank you!
Great Richmond show – thanks for posting the set list!
it was a great show, except for the yahoos and yackers who were under the impression that people came to the show to hear them make noise. we need to pass legislation allowing ushers to toss noisemakers in the alligator pit. also, don’t know if you’re aware that ‘nobody knows you…’ was written by a richmond native, jimmy dix
I was up in the nosebleed section at the Sixth & I Synagogue on Saturday….and you guys were AWESOME! Thanks for the DC visit, Jorma and Jack!
I have enjoyed past Tuna shows at the Tabernacle from the front (unfortunately not this year) and that place sounds like a big giant old Martin guitar to me. Almost like the old wooden venue in Mt. Tabor becomes its own instrument.
I was front row (right side) At The Tabernacle – never missed any show you did there – and I would have to say the show was spot on… HOT. Thanks for coming back to this great venue and thanks for the really great show.
Hey Jorma,
Great set lists..doing alot of my favorites…Zach is getting more handsome by the day…I was at that show in 2013 and as I recall you guys rocked it and the audience was quite exuberant that night..lol
Take care and safe travels
🙂
Right on, Carlo !@Carlo Pagliano
America today, USA day-to-day, rollin’ over the universal display Zach stands tough face to J.
Very true, Carlo !@Carlo Pagliano
Jorma:
Thanks for the excellent photos of the Historic Synagogue in D.C.
The architecture and lighting is so great, that it may lead people who otherwise
didn’t know about it, to visit there.
(Zach: you are color-coordinated in the photo, again. If by plan or by chance
and/or choice !)
Can’t beat Zach, the official portrait of the ever dreamed America, right there, can’t just beat Zach!
Rock Them High Jorma!
Great looking set lists Jorma and I love the photographs that you put up there for us . I will see on Thursday night in Vineland .
