Jerry, Mutt and the missing me taking the picture
0830 this morming we headed out from Athens to Akron… back roads all the way. Meigs County, Athens County, Perry County, Muskingum County, Coshocton County, Holmes County, Guernsey County,, Tuscarawas County, and Summit County. Couldn’t have been a nicer day for a ride to anywhere.
Once we got into Akron, after checking into the hotel… a reverent trip to the Mt. Peace Cemetery.

If you don't swim in this pond... you won't get it.

Paying respects...
It’s great to be back here again. This weekend helps set me up for the year.

Welcome home... Dr. Bob and Annie's home.

The Four Absolutes
Wow that would have been a fun ride! Love the four absolutes!
Working everyday with the adolescent addicts and abusers here in Staten Island is certainly a challenge but as difficult as it may be it is rewarding[though hardly financially] and helps keep it green for me. They have so much to learn and unfortunately too many of them are resistant, but as it says in the Talmud [I’m paraphrasing] “If you save a single life you save the world entire”.
While my life is far from perfect it is in a better place today and to me there is proof that if you do the right things your life will get better. 3 Miracles for me: I’m free from drugs, happy with the true love of my life and after 47 years, still going to see you play.
Thanks and keep up the good work!
The world is a magical place. Build yourself like a ship whose sails catch the good hum and it will carry you.
Eighty some odd years in the making…
Blue Country Heart is my afternoons’s delight.
Those four absolutes are really good qualities to live by. If we all lived by them it would be a lot nicer world. Just imagine.
Another day, another chance to give back! And what a pond it is! My eyes still fill up every time I listen to Joe Walshs’ song , One Day At A Time. Glad to hear your getting some time on the new bike
Hope to see you round town this weekend… this’ll be my 30th! Hope the great weather holds for all you ez riders!
Dr. Bob’s programs are likely very responsible for saving the life of my oldest son; for that, the term “truly grateful” still seems inadequate. m
Awesome Jorm. I still have the shirt you gave me in 2010 from your Founders day riding club.
Obviously, I cherish it very much.
There’s nothing like being Sober. My life is opening like a flower.
I’m so grateful.
West coast gigs in the fall?
Please.
