Happy New Year Captain, to you, family and crew. Went home for the holidays and it was wonderful being with family and friends. I got a drone for my grandson and I think it was a little to hard for him to figure out so the adults played with it all day. Looking forward to what 2017 will unfold.
Good health and happiness to you in the upcoming year.
    Take Care

2017 approaching, another year of Hot Tunaiing.

Not sure if that is a correct verb, but it does sound somewhat Norwegian, huh?

Looks like you’re enjoying yourself at home in Ohio. I just saw a piece on tv that was talking about new years resolutions. They said one of the best things we should do is more walking on the beach or in the woods or a park. You commune with nature. We have gotten away from that. I’m into “grounding” – take off your shoes and socks and sit or stand on the bare ground/grass(outside) every day for 30 minutes. I just feel better. It’s based on Eastern healing practices. All of the body has pressure points in various parts of the bottoms of the feet. Try it.

O, to be home again…the way you make the most of each moment is inspiring. I took a long walk in the Big Thicket Nat’l Preserve last Thursday. I love the woods in the winter time.

The blessing we receive, all we have to do is go for a walk and it’s all around us. Grace isn’t earned it’s here for everyone. All we have to do is accept it. Happy Holidays
