The leaf blower before the shovel… makes life easier.
Some might complain about this weather, but not I. Every day is a day closer to Spring, but I’m enjoying this season as it comes!
Happy New Year Jorma.

Captain,
Looking forward to your thoughts on Boak’s Bash aka The Last Schmaltz.
Captain,
Boak’s Bash: aka The Last Schmaltz, celebration of Dick Boak’s retirement from C.E. Martin Co. is the hottest ticket in the Delaware/Lehigh Valley. The big dogs are coming to town to play and share experiences.
Would you know if they will be broadcasting this historic acoustic event from the State Theatre? Either way, would love to hear you thoughts on this one.
Safe travels and see ya in 2018.

Happy New Year to the Kaukonens and Tuna Nation.
Hope all ya’ll have a safe, happy and prosperous New Year!
Your a good man Matt.
We are going to sub zero , (-9) the next few nights in the Windy City. That winter we had about three years back where the great Lakes froze, reminds me of a bird story.
I went out to the feeder and there were literally about 50 birds congregated around it. Normally they head to trees of bushes a safe distance away from me as I filled the feeders.
this time though, they just perched a little further back on the fence. My fences was about 4 feet from the feeders.
as i approached the feeder this day though, a gorgeous cardinal stayed on the feeder until I got about three feet away, before he finally jumped to the fence and waited patiently for me to restock the diner. it wasn’t Pho food, but I heard no complaints. @Matt <
ya mon!@Matt
Happy birthday to jorma and to enjoy the week of new year.
Oh yes its a cold out there now like a threatening cold. A biting chill about 12 degrees out this morning. Yeah, electric Hot Tuna at a place called Jewel Paradise Cove Resort in Jamaica is sounding really good about now.
Yea rich its 15 degress here on staten island I refilled bird bath 2x between 8-10 am g
fill those bird feeders
It is so cold here that the politicians have their hands in their own pockets!
Got a cold shot coming, take care.
How cozy and warm in every sense can today be at Pho’s. It’s a long time that many of the photos posted here, are gifted with a great talent to reach the way to the heart and make the mind go wild in a frenzied dance. The landscapes on the Blog suggest powerful imaginations, a combo with a painting a click and the landscape itself, actually the sensation is completely new, I find the click casting our vibes beyond the known, like when kids our eyes saw for the first time the picture-cards of Himalaya or the Pão de Açúcar, then we had innocent eyes, today our eyes have seen almost everything, but not yet Jorma and Vanessa’s way of clicking, it’s a trip, authentic this time.
Rock the Pho Jorma.
Nice ranch there and Happy Birthday.
I recently turned 50. It feels like a milestone.
“The leaf blower before the shovel” ….. with age comes wisdom.
A Festivus Miracle
Lookin’ good, Jorma
