After show a drive across Kansas to Boulder, where we are now.
Busy, busy, busy….
Always good…
@johno
Yeah, it was a fun show. I have a commemorative T-shirt…Ed Norton would be proud.
Thanks for the heads up. Can’t believe they’re comin to Brooklyn. Just got 3rd row seats. Prospect Hall was a trip. That was the last time they played in Brooklyn.
@AndyK
Got my Brooklyn tics too..Nice to be able to celebrate Jacks Bday too..These are going to go fast..Nice to have a Hot Tuna show to look forward to..Its great to see HT a few times a year and this will be the first for me in 2019..Happy Holidays and New Years to all…
@Willy
Cool. Last time I saw the boyz in Brooklyn was when they played electric for the Raccoons and Grand Prospect Hall!
@AndyK I just grabbed a couple Murmrr tix too thanks to your tip. I hadn’t looked at tour page lately, though had heard about the Tabernacle show – great venue if you can score tix, but Murmrr looks even more beautiful. Plus – it’s in Brooklyn!
Yes!
Just got tix for Jack’s 75th in Brooklyn.
Gotta get up ‘oily’ to get Tuna tix in Brooklyn 🙂
I saw the late show at the Old Town School and it was wonderful! (See set list above.) Jack and Jorma’s rapport is always a treat to behold. And thanks, much thanks, to Jorma for sticking around overtime to sign books and greet fans. Bravo!
I would have said screw the pooch and saw Hot Tuna.
@Tom in St.Louis
So sorry we missed the Delmar Hall show…our little dog Lucy had surgery for a herniated disc in her back and we couldn’t leave her. We love you guys–please come back soon!
Lucy says “woof!”.
Thanks for the Madison stop. It was great to see you again. And, AWESOME book! See you in Ohio this spring. Safe travels and happy holidays.
Nice to see Day To Day Out The Window Blues in the sets. One of my favorite Christmas songs!
The way you boyz move around the country is quite impressive.
Keep on Truckin!
Sitting here of an early morning watching you perform “Sugaree” at the Dear Jerry show back in ‘15. Nice way to wake up. The breadth of songs in this gaggle covers Tuna’s diversified repertoire magnificently. Bravo.
Yah! The set lists vary from night to night, as always. One of the special things to be a Hot Tuna fan. One common thread I noticed is Day to Day Out the Window Blues. Not common, especially acoustic. Two sets in one night reminds me of…dare I say it, the old days! Hard working band no doubt.
I’m getting psyched for the Clearwater show. Hoped to make Orlando as well but, well…I cannot. It pains me though. I need more. This music runs through my veins. Thank you Jorma!
@Hogan As I scrolled through the setlists, I thought exactly the same. Good to see I’ll Be Alright again; don’t recall it getting alot of play lately. But as I’ve heard Jorma say, “all things in time, all things in time”. Maybe those Old Town School sets will be available for download to those of us not lucky enough to be there! T’is the season….
Happy and safe Holidaze to all!
Love the set lists…
Safe Travels
🙂
