We flew out a day early to Phoenix to meet Jack and Phil and had a chance go to Ramen Hood in Scottsdale.

This place was more than excellent!

We’ve been relentlessly seeking great places for authentic Ramen… and this on filled the bill!

Really spicy... the way I like it!

Then Friday and the first of to days at the Musical instrument Museum. This place is truly awesome. You all owe it to yourself to visit if you’re in the area. Our good friend, Dick Boak, was on the bill to… well, be himself, play some music and shed light on the world.

Hear no evil...
Dick is just the best, and it is always good to hang out with him.

Excellent!
Rock The Belly High And Dandy Tonight, Jorma!
So by any profession the vicarious life is tripping the life fantastic -eh?
Bein’ the country boy I am, I went many years thinking ramen was these funky looking noodles in a bag for a dime apiece that my boys would eat by the gross, it seemed. Now, it looks as if ramen is becoming the new pho.
After viewing the bowl above, I’mma have to get my ass to Houston and sniff out a bar. The vicarious life has its advantages.
First some good Ramen and then a drive to the Belly Up. What a hip life, all the while walking the good walk and staying far away from those long-tongued liars.
My brother Steve who paid for my first trip to Fur Peace will be at the show tonight… I didn’t know it was electric… Great!!!!
I recall hearing Living Just For You and Trial By Fire after not hearing it for a real long time…. What a treat.
Safe travels Jorma… Thanks for the tone, melodies, licks, patterns, and the example of what the fruit of obedience can look like.
The food looked great at “Ramen Hood”, and I’m sure there was ample sunshine in Scottsdale.
Rock SanDiego electric HT.
