The Empire State Building. Whenever my father and I would drive from Massapequa to his parents’ in Ridgewood, Queens, every week as soon as we were on Seneca Ave, there she be in the city directly straight in front of us. That will always be my memory of her. The older I get the more I miss those day.

Reading the four setlists each chock full of beauty I’ve decided that I want to pick my own next time I see you. Hope that works for you.

I misunderstood capitol crime definition. It wasn’t that.

Ed, No matter how nicely you ask, there a always people that feel they are entitled to do what the want. And if you don’t agree with their selfishness, than something is wrong with you. There are plenty of other forms of social media for their discussions, but they choose to poison this post.

Being said, I rarely visit this blog.

Not Intended For Post On Message Board:

Columbo was neighbor of Raylene VanWart, psychic who did sometimes give leads to police. She said Colombo would I.D. perpetrator of high profile capitol crime. Years later, he recognized perp on FB (Columbo bore resemblance to composite drawing of, and lived in same town as said perp). It was the perp.
Columbo had hunch B.Doyle was hiding something with Hendrix thing. What if this was the psychic thing, unrelated to other perp? Had to shake tree here. Dialogue with Doyle was bullshit anyone who lived in Rockland a while could concoct. Doyle is simply a disturbed child.

Undercover kook with hunch about a real crime. Now we know the other is harmless.

“Last but not least. There have been some bizarre threads in the comments section of this blog. I foolishly let it go for a while hoping that it would peter out. It didn’t. At the risk of sounding pissy, it’s my blog and I’m going to sound pissy. I’m not into conspiracy theories. Please don’t use my space for yours. Enough already. Hey guys, no offense, but as you can see from the string of posts above mine, your personal convo has pretty much made everyone else retreat from the blog. (And I gotta say it’s freaking me out too.)
Could you possibly carry on your murder discussion privately, since so many of us come here for good vibes? Thank you for your consideration. Peace.

Just a hunch, Brian. We shook the tree. That’s all we can do for the poor woman. Raylene’s connection is a different lead or case.

While we might have struck out with me, after reading on Amy Stafford’s murder I think the cops were on to much more than they let on and didn’t have enough evidence…If they knew there was a truck involved Nyack is a fairly small town, especially back then…America was polarized back then by Viet Nam and other social issues so people didn’t help the cops…I’m sure the cops checked out whether Amy’s being arrested for disturbing the peace 2 days earlier had anything to do with it…That area by Goebel Road was not a hang-out as far as I know because it wasn’t far from the police station and people who went there were mostly permitted fishermen…It was water company property and fenced…A good detective would tell you the choice of that location if driven to there from Nyack told you a lot about the person…I know Nyack enough that it wouldn’t take much asking to figure out who she went with that night and who had a truck…I know Nyack enough that somebody knew, they just weren’t talking…I would have liked to mind meld with Raylene…

Allright. Sorry to bother you, Brian. Raylene was a friend. She passed away in her sleep. This one troubled her. It wasn’t unusual for cases to overlap and intuitions connected to one help with another. I had to get out of New City when I saw connections that became dangerous to me. That was another matter. If you think of anything, my wife visits here often. She saw you mentioned the Hendrix matter and remembered what Raylene said.

By the way, Mr. Kaukonen, my wife is a huge fan. She loves everything you do. She made me listen to that song Funky No 7. She said, “Lou, it’s like Raskolnikov sings his confession in Crime and Punishment”. It’s not my cup of tea, but you’re very good.

  15. Comment made on April 29, 2021 by Brian Doyle

My witnessing was almost certainly not Amy…I re-read the article and Amy was last seen alive walking in Nyack at 3:30am…My witnessing was at probably 9pm or so and was 2 miles south of where they heard Amy screaming and found her body…False alarm…Raylene Vanwart died in 2015…

However we are still in the ballpark of a predator who may have frequented that stretch of lake who just didn’t happen to murder the night I heard my witnessing…If Raylene is the guiding binder here…If the name I heard shouted over and over is the name they are looking for…

I know the vindictiveness of the New City political machine, Brian. I lived in Rockland for many years, working in legal field – for a time under a county judge. If your experience is not a coincidence, but possible link to Amy’s killer, there will be more coincidences along the way. There are other unsolved crimes in that county’s history that may be connected. This one still haunts.

  17. Comment made on April 29, 2021 by Brian Doyle

August sounds right however since the article says neighbors up at Goebel Road heard screaming I’m thinking that probably puts the event 2 miles north and makes my witnessing a cruel unrelated coincidence…However if you know murder cases it doesn’t preclude the rape happening down by Strawtown Road where I heard it and Amy being killed 2 miles north on Goebel Road…I can say the tone of voice showed the woman I heard knew the person who forced her…And I doubt others were nearby but you never know…Strawtown Road parallels the lake on the other side from Applewood and turns in to Goebel Road as you go north…

I was going to write you off as a nut but you shook something out of my mind that by strange coincidence I was just thinking of recently…I was an 18 year old kid in 1978 and we used to go to the reservoir that was right behind my neighborhood to party…Lake Deforest was a wooded lake that I told Jorma I used to speed skate on alone and it was a zen-like mind experience…I was sitting by the lake edge at dark and me and my friend heard from across the lake what had to be a classic date rape…It was fucked-up because it was a woman pleading “No, no (name of man) no, no don’t, don’t no etc etc etc”…The name of the man was repeatedly shouted but it is long gone as a 43 year old memory…If that was Amy this is a fucking mind-bender…I can tell you right now I did not hear what I would describe as sounds of murder…But I 100% heard the desperate cries of a woman who was obviously being date-raped…My friend has since moved out west and I don’t know if he remembers it…But as you can tell, I have the better detective mind…Goebel Road is about 2 miles north of where I heard this so it may not be related…And it could have been 1977…It might not have been Amy…I don’t know..

I am a person who is not a fan of Rockland County government or its justice system for personal reasons of vicious victimization…

I can’t speak for Scotland Yard, Brian. I hope truth trumps politics in our time.
I believe you may be the man Raylene Van Wart spoke of during investigation of a capitol crime that took place in Rockland County N.Y. in 1970’s. Raylene was a credible psychic medium who assisted detectives in Rockland County. She said this man would lead detectives to the guilty party. There would be a connection to another high profile crime. That one associated with music industry. If I’m right, you probably already have a working theory on identity of Amy Stafford’s killer.
Maybe I’m wrong. Would it hurt you to look into case?

My resolve comes from seeing a person of extreme personal destiny and dedication to it who stayed true to that fate and those stars screwed to the level of crucifixion…Jimi had weird stuff around him and a greater cosmic calling that drew in its metaphysical opposite in the form of Michael Jeffery and all he represented…The Zoroastrians represented that paradox in the white and black sides of universal order, the western religions in good and evil, god and satan…These things manifested themselves in the mission of the messenger as Jimi called himself and had the stuff to back it…I call what was around Jimi the “warp”…The same warp that is in the warp and woof of the fabric of the universe that leaked in to Jimi’s sound…That warp is a universal constant and murdering Jimi broke the universal order…Since you can’t ever murder that which was within Jimi it sought something to perpetuate itself…It reached out to complete itself as it does by its own nature and form…The black hole that was Jimi’s murder was accompanied by the full magnetic orientation that accompanies such profound forces so it manifested itself in the form of just about everybody who was close to him betraying him…Honestly, never was such a categorical and complete betrayal by virtually everyone who knew him seen since the betrayal of christ – so this tells you what we are dealing with…The thing called to me like destiny’s brother when I first heard of it in 2009 when Tappy Wright made his revelation…I saw right through it at first glance and did 12 years of mostly back-filling to get enough material for a case…So what motivated me was seeing someone go from being the most sought after rock God on the planet to being an unwanted bum when it came to uncomfortable justice and truth…If you truly understood what was most important about Jimi that warp or voodoo drove that process that forced people to respond that way…If I do say so myself it’s a particularly fulfilling role to be the person who corrects Jimi’s fate and establishes his true story that is now one of rock martyrdom for his mission…A thing so powerful it even puts a new perspective on the 60’s themselves…

I don’t think Scotland Yard will be looking at any of this any time soon…Not included in this video is other evidence I discovered that Jimi’s death was corrupted real time as was his autopsy…This was unfortunately a political assassination that was coordinated with our CIA…Jimi’s manager Michael Jeffery was a member of British Intelligence which, unfortunately, explains the silence of many of the witnesses…

I just wanted to notify the rock community of this not so insignificant news…We’ll turn the site back to its patient host…

    @Brian Doyle ,

You know Brian, you’ve done marvelous work piecing together a case Scotland Yard can work with. I’m sure your efforts are appreciated, even if they can’t express their gratitude right now. Where does your resolve come from? You know, Rockland County has open capitol cases from 1975 – 1980 that could sure use investigative insight like yours. Overlooked clues are usually provided by bright citizens working with detectives. Any lead you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

My research in to Jimi Hendrix’s death had come to a stall when I got a tip from somebody who had no idea of the profound value of what he was passing on…When I checked it out I realized the secret witness I had fantasized about had actually materialized and my whole project was now completed beyond my wildest dreams…An unknown manager who had been kept secret on a secret project had come forward to tell his tale…He was the missing link and had the witnessing that finally proved Michael Jeffery murdered Jimi…I’m proud to be the person who delivered the bomb for Jimi…Even if it cost me a week suspension on Facebook for fighting the usual trolls who were stupid enough to mock it:
