    What’s happening, Carey,

I don’t know if you’ve seen the ’85 Carnegie Hall show w/Albert Collins, Roy Buchanan, and Lonnie Mack. I went to see Roy not knowing the other acts. Great sounds for a then blues enthusiast.

Been doin’ the YouTube thing this evening, down the hole into the blues. A lot of Albert Collins and Freddie King. If any of ya’ll want to do the Texas jump, watch Freddie play Boogie Funk. Freddie King live Old Grey Whistle Test. You don’t need to know how, Freddie will make you do it. Follows it up with Woman Across the River and Things That I Used to Do. Good cracker.

Electric Hot Tuna at the Paramount! Two heavy sets Trio rocked my best friends Rob, Eric, Sean, Carlos and myself third row for the Trio both nights. A double dose of Thanksgiving Hot Tuna! Thanks Jorma, Jack and Justin sounding hotter and more spiritual than ever for this Long Island tradition.
