Hey Jorma, just FYI at the Cabot you were extremely way overmiked the vocals and your acoustic axes sounded terribly shrill (this is from the balcony). It sounded like you just ignored any kind of sound check and I could tell you knew the second you started singing you made a motion with your hand. I have a million and one other peeves from that night but we’ll keep it business eh.
Happy holidays Jorma & all at FPR ..Loved the Capital theatre show on the stream & cant wait to catch you guys in Huntington on Long Island your unofficial home next week ..Stay well & enjoy the tour ..Only open roads for you and the crew ..Peace
Great show last night at the Capital. Steve and his horns brought another level to some really fine music. Been seeing HT for almost 50 years and dont think ever with horns. Another dimension for sure. It worked very well and enjoyed so much..
Onward to the Paramount next week..Thanks boys!!!
Didn’t mean to forget Justin Guip in my thanks.
Jorma, Jack, Steve:
I’m enjoying the two livestream shows from the Capitol Theatre on 12/2-3/22.
They are masterpieces.
Please release them as soon as possible.
Thank you.
See you in April at the Stoughton Opera House in Wisconsin.
Happy Holidays.
Wow Jorma. Once again youz gize are reaching for another level.
I’ve heard you say you’re not or will never be a “jazz” player. Or sumptn’like that. However, those were pretty jazzed up versions of Whinin’ Boy Blues and That’ll Never Happen no More I heard online. And it’s not just because of the horn playing. Wish I could be there. Wish you would bring electric Tuna to Fl. I’m grateful though, just to see a snippet. Safe travels my friend.
Love Hot Tuna!!
Thanks for a fantastic evening of Hot Tuna…The band found a groove early and sounded great throughout the evening. Be well, enjoy the rest of the tour and the Holidays !! Peace…
Thanks Joe… always good to see you too!
WaterSong, among so many others, grabs ahold of me every-dang-time. Thank You!
