Friday night I got the guys together, dealt Steve Bernstein into the mix and wound up with four aces! Steve’s addition allowed Jack and Justin and to explore another sonic landscape… and a grand excursion was had by all!

I love my Deltone, but it’s always nice to make new friends!
Onward!
It was mighty impressive on Wed. night at the Wellmont Theater, Carey. I was able to scrounge the following up from Tues. night’s show, taken on someone’s cellphone so don’t get dizzy watching it:

It sounds pretty fucking awesome. Mr. Bernstein made quite a contribution to last night’s show with his unique musical stylings.
Thank you, Arlen. Syncopation, I mean Hesitation Blues was the first tune came to mind when I was imagining Tuna w/horns. I’d bet Steve has had interaction of some sort with Alan Toussaint. There was definitely a New Orleans vibe in his accompaniment. I’m still dyin’ to know what Bowlegged Woman sounds like with a horn.

Hi!
I think I may have taken that photo of you and Maestro Steven Bernstein!
Another great show! Loved every note.
Safe travels

Wow. That must’ve been something to see. Er, uh hear. Experience. That’s the word I’m looking for. Lucky you.
Please tell me Steve will ve at the Paramount in Huntington. I will be there both nights third row center. Watched the stream from the Capitol. Sounded like he was part of the band forever. Superb and sublime!
Woohoo! Hot Tuna with another side of Bernstein, please! What a feast. What’s for dessert? Turn it up and ROCK ME BABY! Have fun guys!
@carey georgas
Stevie-Boy on every song, Careman. Had me wondering how the band ever got by without him, way he deftly blended in.
Did the trio have the horn accompaniment on every song? If so, I’d pay just to hear how he arranged “Bowlegged Woman”.
Mr. Rosano is a master at his craft. I love my Princetone. Amazing amp. Never tried a Flammang, but I have a Pre War on order. Was at their factory, great sounding guitars.
Love that gear!
See you tonight Jorma and team.
Keep your lamps………..
I’m looking forward to the Wellmont, Jorma!
