It was almost 20 years since I played the Wildwood Lodge with Barry Mitterhoff and this was the first time for Jack and myself. It’s more than an amazing gig, suffice it to say. The little town of Steelville is being restored with loving historical accuracy and well… we had a fabulous experience!

It’s still FAC by the way, but it is Wisconsin in the spring!
Good times indeed!
Jorma- Electric Hot Tuna actually played at Wildwood Springs Lodge on September 23 and 24 of 2005. We were there, great show and had fun talking to you and Jack. You’re so friendly, he’s kind of shy until he gets going. The merch folks brought out a stack of older show posters and we got two signed by you guys-Jack was stunned to see several that he didn’t have in his collection. Sorry we missed you this time, not able to travel right now.
Enjoyed the Wildwood Springs 4.15.23 concert. We stayed at the Boathouse for the weekend to celebrate my brother’s 65th birthday and to check off his bucket list! Even as a young teen he was able to manage getting to their concerts throughout the Midwest, and he’s never learned to drive! Truly there was a will – he found a way. It has been many years since I saw such twinkle and joy radiating from him. Silent tears and such a mellow smile…. My gift to him was a gift for myself, indeed.
And p.s. Happy Birthday, Jack!

‘Freeze Ass Cold’ That’s no 80 year old something response. !
Love your Blog Jorma!
What an inspired and inspiring show in Skokie. Thank you!!! I’m hopeful that this show might get released. And that was a killer Ice Age! Well, actually, the whole show was a joy to experience. Thank you both!
Have a great night in Cincinnati. My three daughters individually will now all have been to your shows. Austin in 2005. Tomball last year. And finally, Cincinnati tonight. I wish that I could be there with her and her husband. My first concert was in Madison in 1976!
My mind went to the other”f” word I guessed the a and c words right. Sure would be nice to see you guys down in Texas. Wait I’ll the fall and it won’t be so FAH.
Great show last night in Stoughton! The love was apparent, flowing both directions. And, “yes” you have played there before, amongst other area venues like The Barrymore. It was balmy last night, rain and hail today, so good timing. Cone again soon, ya heh?!
@Mike
Freezing *ss cold is my guess.

‘Freeze Ass Cold’
Good guess…
What is fac
Wonderful setlists. Keeping my arthritic fingers crossed for either Great Divide Revisited or Song from the Stainless Cymbal this coming Friday at The Kent Stage. Chip
Jack & Jorma- welcome back to Wis! A lot sunnier than when you played in Mineral Point last spring. That was a gully washer. You’ll find the Stoughton Opera House to be a great, old, venue, with a lot of HT fans. And you can’t swing a dead cat in Stoughton without hitting a Norwegian or Finn! Just sayin. We’re looking forward to seeing you. Although Fur Peace is beautiful, we love the 1/2 hour drive. Thanks for doing what you do!!
I remember following you guys on a tour about 1976-77 when you played Chicago and Madison, Wisconsin. It was in Madison at the Cook County Arena when Bill Graham, who was there with Santana, started cursing at you and Jack before the show. I didn’t know who he was. I said who is this madman. He went totally ballistic. He had anger issues for sure.
