The show last Saturday in Boston was the best. My son and I had a great time. Thanks for all the shows I have been to over the last 30+ years (1st was at SUNY Binghamton 1973)

Jorma, Noticed the photo of you on the Hot Tuna website with the Cowtown Ballroom t-shirt. Last year I made a documentary about the old place. Would love to send you a copy plus a new t-shirt.

Last night’s version of “I Know You Rider” was the best version of the song I have ever heard from ANY band. Absolutely amazing, as was the whole show. As a Tuna fan since 1979, it’s inspiring that the band’s playing today is as good as it’s ever been. Thank you for all the music over the years-it’s been some of the best ever made.

Jorma, What an outstanding show last night at the HOB. The band was tight all night long and with the complement of Skoota, G.E. and Steve Earle the sound was truly “Electric”. BTW how does Barry get such a big sound out of those little guitars? You were amazing as always and your playing on “Rock Me Baby” was just mesmerizing. The place was rockin so hard I even saw the bartenders and security dancing. The band seemed to be more limber and have a higher agility than usual. Did you really call Jack “twinkletoes”? I would hope to believe that my pre-show chiropractic treatments had something to do with it but the atmosphere and energy in the room was incredible too. Maybe a combination of forces. Anyway, thanks for a memorable show and the honor and privilege to work with you and the band. Be well…Dr. Joe
